What services do you offer?

We offer Swedish Massage (60 min, $95), Deep Tissue Massage (60 min, $115), Hot Stone Therapy (75 min, $135), Hydrating Facial (50 min, $85), Aromatherapy Massage (60 min, $105), and Anti-Aging Facial (75 min, $125). You can view full details and book online through our Services page.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online anytime through our Book Online page, or call us at (503) 555-1234 during business hours and we'll be happy to schedule you.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. A $25 deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due at your visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time to fill out a brief intake form. Wear comfortable clothing, and let your therapist know about any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or areas of concern before your treatment begins.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available in any amount and never expire. Contact us at hello@havenwellness.com to purchase one.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Absolutely. If you have a preferred therapist, mention it when booking online or let us know when you call, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I'm running late?

Please call us if you're running behind. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price, since we need to stay on schedule for the clients booked after you.
