Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be booked online through our website. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is complete. Please arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on our website and include applicable tax. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Gift cards are available for any amount and do not expire.

Health and Safety

Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or concerns before your treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it is not safe to proceed.

Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful, professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully toward our team.
